My Dad's Pilsner

My Dad's favorite beer was a good, dry pilsner . Any other lager he considered "Frauen Bier." Along withPilsners, my dad was passionate about jazz, whiskey, fishing, and he played a mean game of spades. He also loved to "Kegel Bowl" (look it up). Sadly, my dad was never able to taste my beers. I have the feeling if he could taste this one, he'd take a nice long sip and whisper: " Ahhh, das its sin Bier!"
My dad's name was Hans, and while this beer won't take on his name, it will be his beer forever... My Dad's Pils.
