Hellestrella

Hellestrella is a classic Bavarian style. It pours with a beautiful striking bright gold color, and a creamy white head. On the nose, vibrant malty aromas of freshly baked, Brötchen, light toasted barley and gentle noble hop aromas of dried wildflowers. Hella is cleanly fermented and the plate follows the nose with pleasantly sweet notes of kneaded biscuit dough and a hint of nuttiness. Homebrew competition winner by Dan Gomez. ABV5.1%
